Rh MisMatch occurs when an Rh-negative mother carries an Rh-positive baby. If their blood mixes, the mother’s body may develop antibodies against the baby’s blood. This can lead to potential immune reactions that may affect current and future pregnancies if not addressed with proper medical care.
